I looked through it briefly. Unless I missed something, I think the only current place other than spleen was uloz. Anyway, have a myspleen account now and downloading.
This is the first I’ve heard of Uloz.to being ISP blocked. TUIG (https://goo.gl/1WGHBA) provides a way to circumvent tehP (https://goo.gl/5Sif60), but I’m not sure if that will resolve the issue. SnooPac, using the supplemental guide I just linked to, are you able to successfully start downloads with FRD (Section 4 of TUIG) without visiting Uloz.to, or does FRD give some sort of error because of the ISP block?
