No, just the DVD and iTunes that FE.org member OnlyOneKenobi did in 2013. I don’t know Photoshop or other serious image editing software, but perhaps someone could modify it by thinning the spine and swapping the DVD logo for BluRay.
Also, that’s a pretty cool gift you’re preparing!
