I was particularly interested by the semi-specialized edition of A NEW HOPE and I must say that it has the edit I’ve wanted to see for a long time: all the good modifications left in, and the wrong ones deleted (cgi rock, Jabba, Greedo shooting, the slapstick humor of the Mos Esley entrance, and the awful cgi Dewback). This edit is great, and nicely done. The down part for me is the color correction, as i’m not convinced at all that a yellow filter matches the original look of the movie.
