Just finished watching kk650's regrade and it's fantastic.
I really like Man of Steel and have seen it multiple times. I agree that it has problems but one of which I never considered was the colour grade. This fangrade highlights and fixes this issue.
It does not go to far like the You Tube regrade and is a fine balance, I recommend everyone here check it out.
kk650 I salute you sir, thank you for your time on this.
Looking forward to checking out (HD)vinnie981's version also, the caps look promising.
going to release the x265 version of my color grade today on blu-torrents if anyone is interested.

also blu registration is open all weekend
Hey Vinnie, is the difference between the customs and the MOS 2013 simply the special features?
The custom BD50 is what we call a hybrid bluray. it contains our color graded video along with all subtitles and audio from the US bluray of MOS, CEE bluray of MOS and another bluray MOS source. All this is compiled onto a BD50 with a custom menu we made.
the BDs will be released soon
Getting off topic, but Vinnie, have you had any luck re-inserting a modified film into its original BD50 menu?
For some films (where the runtime matches), I have had success doing this by replacing the m2ts file and running the file structure through BD-RB. Sometimes, though, no luck at all.
tried that.....but didn't work. We are using the retail menu layout and buttons just made a new menu clip (background video) in after effects and new pop up animations and whatnot. Its all coming along nicely in Scenarist BD. Should be uploaded soon.
This will be a cool BD-50 release.
I actually enjoyed Man of Steel but I'm definitely looking forward to the BD50 release.
