Indeed, it may be an issue of a poor reencode (done by someone else, not up to Harmy’s standards), or corruption. Mind telling us a few things about your copy, like file size, etc.? And I might as well ask, if we provide you the hash, do you know how to use checksums to verify the integrity of your file?
