Im glad we (mostly) seem to agree that only a few scenes need to be cut and a few scenes added to even the pace but as a whole the movie was great and could only improve by keeping the changes minimal.
My view’s are like most:

Cut the pirates and Han meetup plus the cgi tenticle monster scene, maybe just see it on the monitors without the full shots.
Change the Starkiller base subplot or at least keep that battle minimal. Think the idea Hal9000 mentions in previous posting of making it so the base is targeting the rebels planet would strengthen the plot.
Lukes scene lasts way too long with the wide spinny pan shot as Rey just stands there.
