I just viewed traces of the film today for the first time. My initial thought was it looks dull and grainy. I have a 21" HD monitor and grain looked super magnified especially in sunlight scenes.
As soon as I took the HD cable from the back of the monitor and plugged it into my 40" HDTV, OMG it looked incredible. I really need to try watching this on my projection screen downstairs! So much better looking on a bigger TV.
