It not only disrupts the Luke/Leia duo being the galaxy’s “only hope” but that also goes against the grain of when the Emperor/Vader talk about the attractive possibility of a “powerful ally” during that time.
Ezra being alive won’t disrupt anything if he turns to the Dark Side and stays there. Ahsoka on the other hand definitely needs to die. She grew on me but she has to go.
