I agree with those above that the disdain for The World is Not Enough is unwarranted. Brosnan was top form, and Robert Carlyle was terrifying!

I will say that Spectre was and is a massive disappointment to me. A mish-mash of different eras of Bond, I’d place it among the lowest five of the franchise.

For what it’s worth, this is my list.

From Russia with Love
Casino Royale
The Living Daylights
On Her Majesty’s Secret Service
Dr. No
Goldeneye
Skyfall
Goldfinger
Live and Let Die
Licence to Kill
The World is Not Enough
Thunderball
Moonraker
You Only Live Twice
Die Another Day
For Your Eyes Only
Quantum of Solace
Tomorrow Never Dies
Diamonds are Forever
Spectre
A View to a Kill
The Spy who Loved Me
The Man with the Golden Gun
Octopussy

Not a big Roger Moore man myself.
