Has anyone tried to make somewhat of a guide on how to print ronwlim’s outer box for the set? Where to go, what to buy, etc. I assume I won’t be able to print these at home on my regular inkjet with regular paper, so what do I need?

Heres an update of my custom set. Finally got the positioning right to fit the covers perfectly in the 15mm Criterion Blu-ray boxes and was able to track down some higher resolution art for the back. As for the inside/reverse, I printed them with the Noriyoshi Ohrai collage style prints. All in all, pretty happy with the results. Hope you enjoy.

These are awesome! However, it’s hard to tell from the sample image if they actually do fit a criterion case. These look more like they are in a PS3 case. The Criterion Blu Case doesn’t have the top bit, like a normal Blu. When printed out does it fit right?

That is a very impressive cover, I like it a lot. Now I really don’t want to sound ungrateful, but would you ever consider doing a cover with US format for ratings on it instead of the European system? I’d completely understand if you didn’t want to bother, I’m just wondering.

Like did you have to go somewhere to print it out? What kind of paper did you use? Did you need to back it with cardboard or anything? Things like that. I really want to put one together but I have no idea how. I was thinking about going to Staples or somewhere and giving them the pdf and asking them to print it on heavy cardstock, does that sound right?
