Sorry can’t resist posting here.

  1. The Terminator five balls (perfect low budget film with a perfect ending).
  2. Terminator Salvation 2 Balls. Anton Yelchin is brilliant as Reese and if the film hadn’t been panic edited at the last minute it might have been okay and even worthy of an extra ball.
  3. Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines 1 Ball, Lots of silliness which when removed leaves a short movie but it at least restores the bleak ending of the original film.
  4. Terminator 2 Judgement Day. half a ball. Has some good innovative special effects but is an otherwise pointless movie that undermines the original film in every way. The slow monologues, the cheesy humour, the WTF ending. The extended version is a bit better but the theatrical film has no reason to exist just like all the sequels really.

Not seen the most recent film, I really can’t be bothered anymore.

Rather liked the Sarah Connor Chronicles and would place it somewhere in the 3.5 balls mark.
