Google TxMuxer (for Mac or Windows, whichever you need; it’s free and safe)
Drop the .mkv file into the “input” box at the top
Select “create Blu-ray disc” at the bottom. Don’t touch any of the other options!
Click “start muxing.” You’ll end up with an .iso file
Burn the .iso to a Blu-ray disc.
