If the drive is big enough, you can just reformat it with your PC. This is all assuming you have a blu-ray drive or smart tv that will read the file format and drive format. There are also apparently instructions around here for splitting the mkv into smaller files.

i do not have a blu ray drive yet? do you recommend a particular external blu ray writer ( i would need an external drive because i have no bays left on tower)?
ps-am i missing something or is rotj the only one thats not available in a format to burn to a dvd-r or dvd-r-dl? and if so what was the reason …just curious. remember im new here and am also not a techie but i want to try and learn.
