Based on the article posted by bossk (I wasn't able to find the nominations here, I'll look for it later), I belive Catwoman will be victorious - since it was well known as a bad movie, although I think Hollywood itself should be presented with the honor of this award.

Next year's winner is already set: Son of the Mask, but I think they might give episode 3 the award for the whole prequels (like they did with the oscars, delivered to the last of the LOTR movies).
