I’ll take a stab at using the app you suggested instead. Since the tracks being extracted are smaller than the file as a whole (obviously), I’m not forced to use my exFAT USB for it - I can reformat one of my smaller ones to FAT32. The dedicated thread on PS3 playback does detail breaking the file down into tracks to skirt the 4GB limit, so that part shouldn’t be a problem. If it is, I’ll just extract the whole thing onto my lappy and plug the lappy directly into my TV. I think that’ll be slightly preferable to trying to Chromecast it from the lappy to the TV; I fear the sheer loss that would invite. Will update soon.
