I feel like everyone here would enjoy having those isos, and for placement of such large files I would suggest either compacting them into a torrent; or just using mega, since they’re the most reliable site for sharing large files.
Plus amazing job on the covers!

Yeah, that would be amazing if you’re willing to share the iso’s you put together. Mega seems like a good of a place as any!

OUTDATED POST, DEAD LINK, LATEST LINKS IN FIRST POST

Hi everybody !

SOme of you asked me for an A4-version of the slipcovers print file, so here it is :

https://mega.nz/#!Yt0iSD7D!H3TUTewn3FZQ5GkdY1zwhqS10HELLdsb1kKAa02SEMY

The slipcovers are now in 2 parts, back and front, so there’s a bit more of creasing, cutting and pasting to do, but it’s printable on most printers now.

For the bd ISOs, I tried hosting them on mega, but my upload rate was dramatically low, so let’s try sharing those via a torrent, let me know if it works :

Downloading your torrent now! If you’ve still got a slow upload speed, it’ll probably take quite a long time to download (showing a week at the moment), but I’ll be sure to help you seed whenever it finishes.

Author
Time

Here’s hoping many more will seed it so others can get it more easily.
And phildesfr, have you thought about updating the initial post with all the new info and links so newcomers can better access them?

Author
Time

Hmm, it might be a good idea to try and find a different hosting site for the torrent, or just go back to uploading the whole folder to mega and waiting, since the torrent still hasn’t budged for me. And I have pretty alright internet.

Author
Time

I’m at a little under 5% downloaded right now… and like I said, at this rate it’ll probably take 6-7 days to finish. My internet connection is over 200 Mbps down/20 up, so once I’m finally able to fully seed it things should improve for others.

Author
Time

Good lord, I wish I had your internet.

Author

Awesome, downloading these now, they’re gonna take time (obviously) but seems to be going at a decent rate.

Author
Time

Yeah, since I’m already seeding as I’m downloading, you’ll probably get decent speeds until you catch up to where I’m at. Then it’ll be the slow trickle 😉

You always gotta fear the slow trickle 😛

hey,
just wanting to know if your files for the blu rays have menus or not,
i saw you were gonna work on it, because if so that would be super cool 😃

Started downloading this torrent but it’s going really really slow (I guess as to be expected at this point) but I’ll keep downloading and seed when it’s done. It was going at about 600 kb/s till I got to 18% and now it’s at about 10-15 kb/s. Can’t wait for these! 😃

Fantastic work. Does anyone know if it is possible to change some of the text on the covers? I’m not sure how to add text to the covers that don’t have specs.

Quick question, since I can’t access them with a normal blu-ray player (aka my ps4), how can we view the bonus features?
Edit: It seems ANH’s disc doesn’t have any bonus features yet, that might be why it only plays the movie.

You need a blu-ray ROM to access them. They’re definitely there on ANH. You have to click on the ISO file and view the contents. They’re all there as MP4 files.

These are really nice covers, great job! 😃 i have a request, could you release extra versions of these covers without the despecialized edition writing on the front and spines? also an alternative to the first SW cover with the posters swapped around would be good.

@phildesfr Thanks for all your work! I have some questions though. First, are your .iso 's exact copies of Harmy’s DE’s but with a Blu-Ray menu? Also what are the DVD covers on the far left of your pictures in the first post for? Another thing, are you every going to create ones cases for the prequel trilogy? Last but not least, why would one want to get A4 prints of the covers? When are those applicable? Thanks again!

Hi Kingherb,

I had several request for many different variations on the covers, and I would take too much time to create each version, but maybe I’ll do an alternative versions based on the most requested modifications, or post an editable .ai version

Hello!

  • The ISOs are BD-structures without menus (I gave up trying to learn how to create these), the films play right on insertion, and the bonus features are available as rom content. The ISOs are made from Harmy’s latest versions: Star Wars 2.5, Empire 2.0 and Jedi workprint 2.0 (I only blanked out the “workprint” disclaimer and timecode). I will update these ISOs with evry significant new version from Harmy, as we can expect in some months, at least as definitive Jedi 2.0.
  • On my first post, the covers on the far left of the pictures are slipcovers for the blu-rays.
  • I’m not currently planning on making a matching set for the Prelogy, but maybe someday.
  • I added A4 versions of the slipcovers print files, because the 1-piece print file of the slipcovers require bigger sheets than A4, which many printers can’t handle.

Thanks for the reply, having a .ai or psd file would be great for people to make there own versions. If not i would be happy if you could just swap the back poster on the the Star wars cover and just send me that if its easier for you to do? and i can edit the rest of the covers myself.

I want to use this artwork once v3.0 of the Despecialized trilogy is finished. Do you plan on making new versions with updated info to match the v3.0 specifications?

Also, I found a couple errors on the covers that I thought I should tell you about. Sorry if I sound nitpicky, I really don’t mind the errors.

  • At the bottom of the SW and ESB covers, it says “Acadely” instead of “Academy”
  • The ROTJ cover says “RETURN OF THE JEDI take the Star Wars Trilogy…”

Thanks again for this awesome artwork.
