I hate to keep belaboring this question but where would you find such an HDTV version?
On a HD channel on tv? 😉 Recordings are all over the interwebs, google and you shall find.
To be fair, the release of 2011 BDs essentially erased the 2004 HD from the public interwebs. Pirates don’t generally care about anything but the latest, which is problematic for preservationists.
There far from erased from Rutracker and Usenet.
