I only said I liked it as a kid because I mean, there’s fucking lava and there’s a saber duel going on. I have fond memories of pretending the floor was lava while I dueled with my little brother at the time, but that was over 10 years ago for me.

Now I much prefer the duels of Luke and Vader, even Empire Strikes Back for obvious reasons that have been stated numerous times.

Prequel stuff is often a source of great humor for me to appreciate, in the parodies that is, and not the actual ‘jokes’ that try to pass as jokes in the films. I still hold some attachment to the prequels actually, but it doesn’t match up to the same level of my younger self anymore.
