Hi guys, first post on this fantastic site. Downloaded ANH and ESB from Kat.cr tonight and watched both. Thank you so much to everyone involved. While I don’t mind the BluRay quality, I hate the extras added in so these fan made versions are a complete godsend.
One thing though, can anyone recommend a reliable Freeware converter for MKV to MPEG2 as had to watch on PC.
Would be great to put them on a big USB stick and plug into my Panasonic TV.Thanks again!!! Fantastic!!!
The Freemake Video Converter does a nice easy-to-use job (I’m no tech geek so there may be better options out there), it’s available here - http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/ - and ermm… is free 😃
It may be worth getting hold of a mate’s Chromecast - or similar device - to be able to watch your original download on your Panasonic tv? (may be easier and quicker than converting etc - and gives you a pretty cheap and easy option of watching any video files on your pc on the tv).
