I’m pretty sure they weren’t Jawa, just some very similar small scavengers.
Btw, did anyone notice the head that slowly rose from the sand when BB-8 moved into the desert after Poe had been captured. I’m wondering if it was meant as a little reference to Bad Robot as it was kind of similar?
