I haven’t watched all of The Blackened Mantle yet, but so far it’s been pretty fascinating to watch. I understand a little bit of Japanese, but in this case fortunately not well enough to break the illusion that what they’re speaking doesn’t match up with what the subtitles say. Some of the transitions to the flashbacks thus far are a bit too jarring in my opinion, but the voice acting is really solid, and it’s definitely worth checking out!
