Fun fact. A lot of people building the sets for Empire went to work on Flash next, which might explain why Arboria looks a lot like Dagobah.

Not sure if the sonic noise will be removable, however. I might have to remove the soundtrack completely and add in Chewie howling noises separately.

In relation to this, Billy Dee Williams also voices Lando in the ESB Radio Drama, so that might help for this one.
Anthony Daniels voices 3PO in all three, but that doesn't help you at all.

I was working on some kind of safe sex joke to do with Han in carbonite. No progress there I’m afraid but it struck me that certain parts of Han will stay in the same position when he is frozen for a very long time.
Earlier in the film there is talk of “getting excited” so it could be possible to edit the carbon freezing to have Leia try to get Han excited as an extreme form of Viagra 😄

Empire has another instance of Han shooting first that Lucas forgot to clean up. I think when the door opens in Bespin and Vader is waiting for them, Vader should shoot first so Han doesn’t seem so coldblooded.

I don’t know if you are a fan of the Venture Bros, Frink but the Monarch in that show has some very funny lines which could replace Palpatine in ESB and ROTJ This example fits one scene in ROTJ but be warned it’s got cartoon male nudity in it so probably not ideal for all environments. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=81LIDFJZcIE

I enjoyed The Venture Bros. for the first two seasons (I think) but it got super weird and convoluted, and I gave up.

If you plan to replace Obi-Wan’s krayt call in ARH, you could use that as Luke’s scream. Or a couple of Wilhelm screams.

Vader could bemoan about how much he hates asteroids and how coarse, irritating and ubiquitous they are. Pitch shifting Hayden and mixing it with JEJ may achieve the necessary.
