Question for anyone that might know. I’m an Mac and would like to take the full .mkv file and do two things

  1. Prepare the 19 GB .mkv file for burning on a Blu-ray disc.
  2. Take the 19 GB .mkv file and shrink it down to around 6-7 GB and as an .m4v.

Any recommendations for this?
