Yeah, this is the thread to think the unthinkable, not the thread on how to make the movie more ridiculous and terrible. (I believe thats another thread)

What you suggest would make the movie unbearable and even unwatchable for the majority of people. We all have a strong dislike for the sight of him and nothing can change that. I mean, more of Jar Jar? Most people wouldn’t watch that even if you forced them at gunpoint.

I don’t hate the idea of making Jar Jar a villain. There is certainly more than enough proof in the trilogy that he knew what he was doing. You can do what you suggested, you can imply he was working for Sidious by altering a few lines and still reduce his screen presence next to nothing. Something this trilogy doesn’t need is more of him.
