I had released a short clip where I removed Jar Jar from several scenes. (it was on youtube, it is deleted now) It is difficult to make, but it is certainly possible. I can assure you, everything flows better when he is not around.

Also, while the concept itself is good, why would anyone want more of Jar Jar? Thats insanity. I believe he shouldn’t be entirely removed (as we need someone to hate and he is just that. He is the one who gives Sidious the power he requires to destroy the republic.)

It would be better if we could imply Jar Jar is working for Sidious while reducing his scenes next to nothing.
