According to the Book of Genesis, Adam & Eve felt unashamed to go around buck naked; aversion to nudity is all but stated to be a direct result of original sin.
Conservative Christians – particularily Young Earth Creationists, who just love to accept Genesis as 110% literal history – basically hate the human body and don’t want to see a single bare female nipple in public or on TV.

Actually I think it is directly stated, but I’m too lazy to look it up. At the very least it’s implied so heavily that it’s literally impossible not to come to that conclusion.
