Any tips for a GOOD screen capture software ? Which means no ezvid or similar crap ?

Requirements :

record in a “normal” fps (no 5fps or 15fps crap)
work on Windows 8.1
ability to record audio which is playing on the computer and from an external source, e.g. a microphone
recording in FullHD
outputs an editable video file (e.g. avi)
I’d prefer free software or at least fully working trials (I will need it for maybe 3 days), but of course if it’s not possible paid software is OK too
