PM sent. In today’s news, I now have everything I need to implement every last feature I ever seriously intended for this project to include. So the next version of Project Threepio is now codenamed “Aaand We’re Done!” Not that we can’t have future releases with codenames like “Are We Really Still Doing This?” 😉

Judging by your avatar, I assume you’re a Ghibli fan - I bet after doing a project like this, the dubtitles on some of Disney’s Ghibli releases bother you a lot.

Ha! They don’t bother me at all – I have the Japanese versions 😉
But seriously, some people love dubs, and some people love subtitles that match their dubs (and this latter part makes sense from a hearing impaired point of view). In fact, we have had at least one project here to create subtitles that more closely resemble a particular dub. All translations are imperfect, but dubtitles are just not my thing.
What really bugs me about the Disney releases is the altered credits. If you’re not watching the dub, why see the dubbing credits?

Yeah, altered credits are no good (though thankfully I think only Nausicaa suffers from that problem…)

I found a ROTJ Despecialized 720p MKV file (7.43gb in size). May have been remuxed from AVCHD to MKV. Looking for a Finnish subtitle track for that one. Thanks in advance!

PM sent–yeah, the MKV must be a remux or re-encode–if you have problems, look for the AVCHD.
