The problem isn’t with the picture it self. Currently i’m using this picture:

Then i color correct it, to fit the the light and climate of the original shot (work in progress):

It does’t look that bad, visually is totally fixable. The problem is movement!
I tryed to do some animations, but the movement didn’t look natural. The problem is, we’re moving a 2d image on a 3d image, and that is a tricky thing to do.

So now i’m trying to use this:
