Anyone ever see it or at least hear of it?

It's about this tax collector who falls in love with the ghost of a beautiful woman, only to find that the ghost if bound to a kind of supernatural pimp who uses the ghosts of beautiful women to lure men into her traps so she can devour them with a killer tongue. The beautiful ghost is about to be married off to a dark lord of the underworld, which prompts the tax collector to recruit a swordsman to help him fight the forces of darkness and free his beloved ghost.

Basically a fairy tale done up with a lot of fancy wire works and flamboyant lighting.
I'd like a qui-gon jinn please with an Obi-Wan to go.
