I just saw on the BBC that the Star Wars fan who had little time to live and was able to see a cut of the film has just passed away.
Makes me happy JJ was able to grant his wish.

Just heard this as well and I’m really sorry to hear about his passing, especially so soon. I hadn’t heard if he and his wife had children or not. Being a young widow won’t be easy either way. His passing was very quick since the story last week that he had seen it.
I’m glad they worked it out so he could see TFA early.
