well thats good and all but will the water it down so that they can hit a bigger audience. i hope not.

Like I said, Frank Miller will not compromise the integrity of his story for anything. Not one thing. Not even a larger box office. He doesn't care. He has enough money coming in from his comic book career. And he's been screwed over so many times by Hollywood adaptations of his stories that he has no desire to really be a player in Hollywood. So the motivation for wanting a bigger audience is nil.
