And the more I think about it, I have zero clue as to what is going to happen in TFA. I have suspicions, as we all do of course. However, this is a single movie; there will be three total for this part of the ‘the saga’. I’m trying to use that to help be a barometer as to what will actually be resolved or revealed by the end of TFA.
It’s very possible we won’t know a ton more than we already do right now about identities and motives of certain characters and relationships. There will be some plot resolutions, of course, but this will be “Macro Level” Star Wars. Rian Johnson and Colin Trevorrow will have to do the “Micro Level” work.
