The Peanuts Movie (2015)

When they first announced this film and that it was going to be CG I was immensely worried that they were going to lose not only the aesthetic but the heart of what Peanuts is.

Thankfully, my concerns were not realized. The new hybrid look adds a new dimension to Shulz designs while staying true to their spirit. Similarly, the gang remains true to their core and weren’t changed for the sake modernization. They remain the same timeless characters we’ve always cherished.

It turned out to be not only a great film, but a genuine Peanuts one to boot.
