I’m just hoping they haven’t turned Luke into a celibate monk, to follow the prequel’s version of the jedi. I hope his actual personality remains intact. I don’t like the idea of him returning as Luke The White, only to act as a completely different character. Yes, he is older, but you always maintain a good chunk of your personality throughout life. I don’t like how soulless and flat the prequels made the jedi. Ben and Yoda both had wonderful personalities in the original films, yet they were concrete slabs in the prequels.

I also don’t want to hear word for word quotes from the originals, that even the prequels used. JJ pulled a lot of that shit in Star Trek. I don’t want to see a fan service, I want to see a good movie. The first 2 Star Wars films were great movies.
