Yes it is. If you go to the Lucasarts store, they outline all the giveaways right there.

As you can see on the top-left, they have a "premium pack", where you can buy a collection of their leftover free gifts. I'm hoping I'll be able to get this stress ball the same way, eventually.

I planned on getting this game anyway, so I might as well get it from the os(everyone needs a stress ball)
