2002 had some added scenes, a CG ET and the Politically Correct content.

1982a- Altered to a politically correct state, but missing the additional scenes and CG of the 2002 edition
2002
I'm fairly certain that there are only the two versions and that the 1982 version on that set is the original version-- complete with guns and the "terrorists" line. Here's a snippet from Amazon's editorial write-up.
