Yes, but it has been quite a while. I remember he was reluctant about writing it, as it was some sort of a "beating up a dead horse" kind of thing... I mean, you all know what happened to "2010", right? Right.

"2001" could be the best film ever, if Kubrick had not directed another movie after this one, called "A Clockwork Orange"...
