OK, maybe I don't love him, but I think he's ok, and yeah, I grew up on the original trilogy and I love them, but I also don't mind the altered versions (except some dodgy CGI, but I can deal). Look, you've all got the originals, either on VHS, Laserdisc, or a rip, so just put up or shut up. It's a bit sad to be honest. I'm a geek, I admit, but you guys take the biscuit. I've been a member here for about a week, and I have slammed the new versions like the rest of you, but now I stop and think about it, who the hell cares? You guys are very passionate about this. Maybe Lucas is equally passionate about doing what he wants to do and moulding Star Wars into a 6 part saga that works. Da Vinci worked on the Mona Lisa for years, making hundreds of alterations - get over it.
