I know you were talking to Chaltab, but I just wanted to set the record straight. I for one, am very environmentally friendly and have a great deal of respect for nature. I just don't need it in my cartoons, damnit. It was tough enough to have to listen to Roadbock tell me not to jump my bike over downed powerlines, I REALLY didn't need some wussy superhero beating environmentalism into my head.

I just don't worship it. It was more the propaganda nature of the show and its cheesey excecution rather than its message that bothers me.

Nah I don't feel it was so much of a propaganda. It was intended to be educational, yes, but I don't think the message shown by the cartoon is so wrong or polemic. If it was politics-oriented, ok I'd agree 100% with you, but it's about not littering, and not throwing stuff into the sea, and saving gas, you know, good stuff, stuff everyone agrees on... I agree the cartoon was silly, pretty stupid yes, but well they tried to give a good example to kids...
