They probably translated them in JP shipped them over and the Publisher probably just shipped them straight to stores

Actually, it would be better if they made more games like Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing. What's more boring than mediocre, cookie-cutter games that are undiscernible from one another? I bet the chaps who made Big Rigs are laughing all the way to the bank (well, those who aren't slave labor).

Hey, I'm not a fan of mediocre games by any means. If a bunch of crap meant a bunch of quality, then I'd be for it.
But there's a danger of developers getting lazy and producing all crap.

I thought the movie was another top-notch pixar flick, both witty and reverent of comic-bookdom. I'd recommend seeing it.
