No, but I was just researching it while I was looking for the show I can't remember...it was supposedly one of the best cartoons in the early days of "toonami."

Definitely. One of the Better old shows that ran about the same time as the Saiyan Saga of DBZ.

I think I found the show I was looking for, the things I remember weren't Jets at all, but Wing Gundams in "Bird Mode" apparently.

So Mobile Suit Gundam Wing is the show I remember, ironically, because I remember this show also having a serious tone to it and neither G-Force or Voltron have a serious tone from my research and neither did they have a jet-like vehicle.

Gundam Wing?

IMO by far the best of the Gundam Shows. The only one I could get into. Sure it was confusing, but at least there were hints of normalcy absent from all subsequent Gundam series.

G-Gundam was just messed up with it's crazy story, and the laughable "Statue of Liberty Cannon" (Unintentionally frickin' hilarious)

And don't get me started on the crazy opiuminduced mad house that SD Gundam was.

The Gundams were built on space colonies and dropped to earth.

There were many scenes in desersts, several involving crashes if memory serves me correctly. So I really can't help any more specifically.

LOL. That's freakin' hilarious.

So. Am I the only one who thinks that action cartoons are seriously and suddenly under-represented. Like in the wake of Spongebob's rididculous popularity....

Well, most action cartoons just forego the plot and just put mind-numbingly boring cookie-cutter action scenes in every episode, but I'm really not a fan of the genre.

Well... that's true of about anything related to young kids playing violent cock-fighting or card battel games.

Pokemon, Dual Masters, Yugioh... But those are for young kids and don't really count.

Havent seen either of those, but ive heard good things about Inuyasha.

For those of you out there that watch anime, what do you think of Fullmetal Alchemist? I've yet to watch it but been told its amazing.

Also, what about Samurai Deeper Kyo? Another thats on my list to watch, but havent really heard much about it or know anyone thats seen it.
