Thanks for your help, I don't know what's wrong with it.

When I was trying to do the same thing, I got speeds about the same. I eventually reasoned that it was because I was trying to download three different big things at once. I started to download one at a time and it worked much better, though I did risk some of the torrents not having seeds when I would eventually get to them (a problem that some nice folks here helped me avoid).
