By the way...for all the bad noise episode I.2 is getting in here, it's much less ghastly than Lucas'. My thanks go out to Rikter, Magnoliafan, and the spookies for giving us all this great DVD. I'll be grabbing The Phantom Re-edit when it's time to watch the beginning again.

As I understand it, the siteop is on vacation until the 7th.
Hopefully he'll be able to fix the problem when he returns.

FWIW the tracker still seems to be running if you can obtain the dot.torrent file by some other means....

However, in practice you must take into account the “fuckwit factor”. Just talk to Darth Mallwalker…

The site is back up and running smoothly again. By the way, can someone please reseed the ISOMIX Jedi torrent, there are currently no peers and I'm stuck at 75%.

I'll help...I need to see if it is still on my hard drive.

[EDIT} Okay, it's on my hard drive, but I don't see it on MySpleen, and someone needs to tell me how to seed a file.

Yeah, sorry about that. I will be back, but I have to sort out some unexpected problems first. I went to quickly update Azureus, and now things are messed up. Haven't had time to un-mess-up.

If all else fails, I'll mail you a DVD-R.

Moral of the story: never upgrade "quickly".

Sorry about not seeding the ISOMIX trilogy for the past 4 days. I've been seeding the extras dvd and doing a large sw comics posting to alt.binaries.starwars so I was conserving bandwidth. I'll do my best to keep these torrents seeded from now on.

MeBeJedi...go to myspleen, click on "torrents", check off "other/misc" and hit "go!". The 3 ISOMIX trilogy torrents are listed there about half way down.

Thanks for the help, all! It's greatly appreciated. Now, the challenge: Can I finish downloading this, the Phantom Re-Edit 1.2, the DarthGates/HanSolo77 Clone Wars DVD and Clone High Season 1 before next Saturday? Only time will tell...

We had a bad power outage and my remote hard-drive has been down for almost 4-5 days now - I should be getting back home tonight and I will be deleting all the DVD's of the HD. - I will no longer be seeding any of my OLD torrents nor will I have the ability to do so as I will be deleting the files for good of that HD. And as a new deal I will also drop my seeding ONCE there is at least 3 other seeders - SO It will be upto the participators/downloaders from now on to keep these torrents going.

I would like to thank those of you that have been helping seed my old files - DarthOsor - Your AWESOME!!!!

Pretty similar to what I've been doing for some time now... depending on the torrent size I wait for 5 or 10 seeds, but same idea

I was pushing 15kbps speeds on the Jedi Isomix... but then Karyudo and DarthOsor disappeared

I'd love to help out, but it's been made clear to me that I have to seed right after the download is done, or something like that. I finished the download months ago. Sorry.

I know, and I'm sorry. I don't know quite what's wrong. I thought it was Azureus, but maybe not. It contributes, but maybe it's Java? Arrgh. Don't know. All I know is that it'll run fine for a while (not even sure how long), and then my Internet connection dies. Nothing in or out, including e-mail, newsgroups, web, or BT. So I poke around, reboot, and everything's fine again for a little while. Until it's not.

Like I've said, though: if it becomes necessary, I'll mail you some DVD-Rs. I said I'd finish (somehow...) and I will.

You can still help if you finished it a while ago.

If you've deleted it from your computer, simply re-import the files from your DVD back onto your harddrive. If all the DVD-Rom stuff is still there, it should work fine. Make a folder called "ISOMIX - Jedi", then make another folder inside that also called "ISOMIX - Jedi". Then drag the files from the DVD-R into the second folder.

Then go to MySpleen, download the torrent file select the first directory as the download folder. It should recognize the file structure as the same and begin seeding.

Was that confusing at all?

That's the advantage of BitTornado as I see it, it's not so damn heavy, and you can cap uplink and downlink.

Honestly, I didn't think that the ISOMIX edition would be anything other than a mildly amusing novelty when I downloaded SW, but then I watched it and was completely blown away. Sat right through it and Empire, as soon as it came. Truly superb work on these editions.

Wow, that is an incredible compliment coming from you RiK. I am honored. I aspire that one day I may have a mere fraction of the impact on this scene that you have had. and oh yeah...word to the spookies.

btw...I'm going to be posting "tremors vol 1" on usenet (alt.binaries.starwars) very soon. I'm just now finishing up a rather large 7 day SW comics flood (along with Sedriss) on usenet. I have the "tremors" files rar'ed and par'ed but I have a VERY big day Wednesday (my first daughter...they'll be inducing labor) so it may be a bit before I can actually post it. It will be posted though.

Yeah MeBeJedi, you got me when my pants were down...I had to take torrent offline for about 3 hours today which was beyond my control, but overall I am in superseed mode. Let's keep these torrents alive!

also, the guy who created the split-screen is doing the entire trilogy right now...and then he plans on re-visiting the first Star Wars (ANH). We will have all of these my friends.
