If it makes you feel any better, my DVD-ROM crapped out a couple of weeks ago, but I was able to replace it with a DVD burner thanks to my bro and his seemingly endless cache of computer supplies. What might really make you feel better, though, is that I just found out that the head gaskets need replacing in my minivan and its gonna cost me ~$1200. Merry Christmas to me, eh?
