I've seen about 200 independent films this year alone ~ ALL from the GREATER SOUTHWEST - (New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Utah and Oklahoma)

We even have about 10 LITTLE Film festivals here in Albuquerque once a year. SO it would seem that maybe you might be mistaken on this DanielB - BUT, then again YOU may not see them as "independent films" at all... As the are made by capitlistic american film makers!
