Unfortunately, I never did the Mega upload of this so I'm not sure who would be able to re-upload it. Due to switching computers I don't have it saved currently. I'll ask around over at FE.org and see if I can get it uploaded.
That would be appreciated, I’ve recently been compiling my own new ‘canon’ collection of Star Wars fanedits, and was truly saddened when I couldn’t download yours Spence. I’ve had it in the past (and I also have your Hobbit Edit, which is far and away the best version of those three films) but alas I have your ROTJ final cut no more. Anyone know a way of getting it at present? Fe.info's host link for it is still broken.

Frink, I said DLC, not DIC… I’ve never used this, nor even heard of this DLC container until I started looking for this edit.

What’s the problem with the DLC file?
I open it with a online dlc decrypter which works fine so that’s not the problem. I get to mega share, download the rar/7zip files one at a time (I string them together in Vegas pro) and 7zip every time fails to extract the files. I’ve just resorted to torrents for edits like Hals and Q2s ever since that problem and can’t solve it. I wonder if the problem is 7zip and if I should try out WinRAr.
You can try that, as I used WinRAR to rar them up and it should work. With that said, I’ve used 7-zip to unrar plenty with no trouble. Maybe try to update or reinstall 7-zip. If you do go with WinRAR, you can ignore the message about it only being free for X amount of days, it keeps working after that.
Just so many fanedits I want in DLC form so it would be great to figure out this problem
