I'm surprised he didn't show where Anakin's severed limbs landed. And I know it wouldn't garnish an PG-13 rating for Episode 2 or an R rating for Episode 3 because we still see Ponda Baba's bloody arm in the PG rated "A New Hope," and that was one of the few scenes that was left untinkered in every official release.
