There is no *proper place* for calling out a member over a simple, polite pm. The "proper" thing to do would have been to reply to the pm and simply say that you do not want to exchange personal messages, you know, like an adult, instead of acting like a 15 year old on social media. But since you seem pretty hell bent on convincing everyone that you are more 15 year old girl than adult, let me assure you, you have us all convinced.
