Off-topic is a moronathon where nobody gets banned. Frink just likes to mini-mod (in other cases, with good reason!) Though rather condescending at times, he has reason to be -- we used to get hit with trolls hard.

When two people I don't recognize randomly show up in off-topic and start arguing with each other, I suspect a minimum of one sock, if not two. I'm not saying I'm right, but it certainly sets off alarm bells.
